The invention discloses a full-time traffic flow state perception and evaluation system for a highway monitoring video, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and the system comprises a road section division module which divides road sections based on a monitoring position, and determines a vehicle dense region in rainy and snowy weather; the slow motion analysis module is used for evaluating the stability of the vehicle distance by utilizing the windowing correlation coefficient and judging whether a vehicle slow motion phenomenon occurs or not, and if slow motion occurs, the sudden change determination module is used for analyzing the correlation between the road surface slippery degree and a region aggregation value and positioning an aggregation sudden change point; the behavior classification module tracks vehicle characteristics based on the sudden change points and divides driving behavior types; and the perception evaluation module formulates a traffic early warning response scheme according to the diffusion trend of the creep ripple effect caused by aggressive vehicles, and the system can position a congestion area, evaluate the creep stability, assist traffic dispersion, and improve the traffic management level and the safety guarantee capability of the expressway in rainy and snowy weather.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路监控视频的全时交通流状态感知评价系统,涉及智能交通技术领域,包括:路段划分模块,基于监控位置划分路段,确定雨雪天气下的车辆密集区域;缓行分析模块,利用窗口化相关系数评估车辆间距的稳定性,判断是否出现车辆缓行现象,若产生缓行,突变确定模块分析路面湿滑度与区域聚集值的相关性,定位聚集突变点;行为分类模块,基于突变点跟踪车辆特征,划分驾驶行为类型;感知评估模块,根据激进型车辆引发的缓行涟漪效应扩散趋势,制定交通预警响应方案,本发明能定位拥堵区域、评估缓行稳定性、辅助交通疏导,提升高速公路在雨雪天气下的交通管理水平与安全保障能力。
