When the expected arrival time is equal to or less than a predetermined reference time, the processor executes a main reservation setting process. In the main reservation setting process, the processor performs a main reservation on the charger in an idle state among the chargers provided at the charging point at which the temporary reservation has been performed. In the main reservation setting process, an arrival designation time at which the electric vehicle arrives at the charger which has been subjected to the main reservation is set for the electric vehicle.
