According to the wallboard flexible assembling device and the wallboard assembling method, interference between the mechanical arm and the clamping plate can be avoided, the assembling automation rate and the part fixing coverage rate are increased, and the clamping plate can be matched with shaping of the inner shape and the outer shape of the wallboard at the same time.
