The invention discloses an agricultural onboard hoisting buffering system which comprises a tractor, an onboard displayer, an intelligent armrest box controller, a hydraulic system, a large lifting arm, a hoisting arm, a steel wire rope and an angle sensor, a hydraulic oil cylinder drives the large lifting arm to rotate around a shaft, the hoisting arm and the angle sensor work in a follow-up mode, and a heavy object is hoisted through the steel wire rope. The system adopts the angle sensor to monitor the horizontal included angle of the large arm in real time, the intelligent armrest box controller compares a preset value through a negative feedback fuzzy PID algorithm to conduct dynamic adjustment, and overshoot and whole machine vibration are effectively restrained. A buffer control strategy is shown as follows: the hydraulic proportional valve is gradually opened to realize stable acceleration in the initial hoisting stage and gradually closed to finish deceleration stopping along with the heavy object approaching the preset height in the later stage, and impact and pitching vibration are remarkably reduced. And in cooperation with a height preset function of an airborne display, the whole-process operation can be completed by one key. The system is reasonable in structural design, the operation intensity of a driver is greatly reduced while the operation efficiency is improved, and the equipment reliability and the operation stability are enhanced.

    本申请公开了一种农用机载吊装缓冲系统,包括拖拉机、机载显示器、智能扶手箱控制器、液压系统、提升大臂、吊臂、钢丝绳及角度传感器,液压油缸驱动提升大臂绕轴旋转,吊臂与角度传感器随动工作,通过钢丝绳吊装重物。系统采用角度传感器实时监测大臂水平夹角,智能扶手箱控制器通过负反馈模糊PID算法对比预设值进行动态调节,有效抑制超调与整机振动。缓冲控制策略表现为:吊装初期液压比例阀渐开实现平稳加速,后期随重物接近预设高度渐闭完成减速停靠,显著降低冲击与仰俯振动。配合机载显示器的高度预设功能,可一键完成全流程操作。该系统结构设计合理,在提升作业效率的同时大幅降低驾驶员操作强度,增强了设备可靠性与运行稳定性。
