The invention relates to the technical field of elevator braking, in particular to an additional braking system of an elevator traction machine, an elevator and a design method.The additional braking system of the elevator traction machine comprises at least one additional brake arranged on an output shaft of the traction machine and used for providing additional braking force when self-braking of the elevator fails; the braking force of the additional brake is adjustable so as to meet different dynamic star sealing requirements. The additional brake is adopted, when the elevator brake fails, the additional brake intervenes, resistance torque is added to the elevator traction wheel, and the maximum speed which the elevator can reach during the instant out-of-control period of the elevator during dynamic star sealing is reduced. Resistance torque is added on the elevator traction sheave, so that the speed of the elevator is reduced during the out-of-control period; and after the rotating speed of the traction machine is reduced, the intervention point of the torque-rotating speed T (n) moves leftwards during star sealing, and the torque corresponding to the rotating speed on the torque-rotating speed T (n) curve is also increased, so that the elevator car can be dragged back to the stable area of the star sealing torque-rotating speed T (n) of the traction machine more smoothly.
本发明涉及电梯制动技术领域,特别是一种电梯曳引机的附加制动系统、电梯及设计方法,包括至少一个附加制动器,其设置在曳引机的输出轴上,用于在电梯自身制动失效时提供额外的制动力;附加制动器的制动力大小可调,以适应不同的动态封星要求。本发明采用附加制动器,在电梯制动器失效时,附加制动器介入,在电梯曳引轮上加上阻力矩,降低动态封星时电梯瞬间失控期间电梯所能达到的最大速度。在电梯曳引轮上加上阻力矩,失控期间电梯的速度得以降低;曳引机转速降低后,封星时转矩‑转速T(n)介入点左移,该转速在转矩‑转速T(n)曲线上对应的转矩也增加,这样电梯轿厢能够更顺利的拽回曳引机封星转矩‑转速T(n)的稳定区域。
