The strengthening and toughening method of the die-casting aluminum alloy material comprises the following steps that a die-casting aluminum alloy material base body is subjected to heat preservation for the first time at the temperature of 100-180 DEG C, and the heat preservation time ranges from 10 min to 40 min; and the die-casting aluminum alloy material base body subjected to first-time heat preservation is subjected to second-time heat preservation at the temperature of 180-220 DEG C, and the heat preservation time ranges from 120 min to 300 min. According to the strengthening and toughening method for the die-casting aluminum alloy material, through the two-step low-temperature heat treatment process, the yield strength of the die-casting aluminum alloy material is improved by 30%, and the elongation at break is kept unchanged, so that the strength and plasticity of the shell material are improved, and the worse use working condition is met.

    本发明公开了一种压铸铝合金材料及其强韧化方法、应用,属于铝合金铸造技术领域。本发明压铸铝合金材料的强韧化方法,包括以下步骤:将压铸铝合金材料基体于100℃‑180℃进行第一次保温,保温时间为10min‑40min;将完成第一次保温后的压铸铝合金材料基体于180℃‑220℃进行第二次保温,保温时间为120min‑300min。本发明压铸铝合金材料的强韧化方法通过两步低温热处理工艺,使压铸铝合金材料的屈服强度提升30%,并且断裂延伸率维持不变,从而提高了壳体材料的强塑性,满足更恶劣的使用工况。
