The invention discloses a vehicle trajectory reconstruction method considering physical constraints, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building a vehicle trajectory data set based on the observation records of an upstream fixed detector and a downstream virtual detector; s2, processing the trajectory data of each vehicle into time sequence data; s3, introducing an overtaking behavior as a physical constraint condition, estimating overtaking point information of the vehicle through a time consumption curve, and obtaining an overtaking behavior constraint condition of the target vehicle; and S4, introducing a speed space-time distribution diagram based on a shock wave theory as physical information to represent the operation state of the traffic flow where the target vehicle is located, and obtaining the speed space-time distribution constraint condition of the target vehicle. And S5, constructing and training based on the car-following model and the GRU model to obtain a fusion model, and correcting the reconstructed trajectory by adopting two constraint conditions. And S6, carrying out smoothing processing on the corrected vehicle track. According to the method, the traffic flow state can be accurately controlled, and the method has important application value for refining traffic state evaluation.

    本发明公开了一种考虑物理约束的车辆轨迹重构方法,包括步骤:S1、基于上游固定检测器和下游虚拟检测器的观测记录,构建车辆轨迹数据集。S2、将每辆车的轨迹数据处理成时间序列数据。S3、引入超车行为作为物理约束条件,通过时间消耗曲线估计车辆的超车点信息,得到目标车辆的超车行为约束条件;S4、引入基于激波理论的速度时空分布图作为物理信息表征目标车辆所在交通流的运行状态,得到目标车辆的速度时空分布约束条件。S5、基于跟驰模型和GRU模型构建并训练得到融合模型,并采用两个约束条件对重构轨迹进行校正。S6、对校正之后的车辆轨迹进行平滑处理。本发明能精准把控交通流状态,对于细化交通状态评价具有重要的应用价值。
