The invention discloses an intelligent traffic flow optimization method based on the Internet of Vehicles, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and the method comprises the following steps: dynamic adjustment of weight coefficients in a multi-target game optimization module: the multi-target game optimization module dynamically adjusts the weight coefficients of time, congestion and energy consumption according to different time periods; the V2V communication network realizes rapid exchange of vehicle state information; the multi-stage dynamic planner generates a path sequence based on a state transition equation, predicts a future state, and calculates an optimal path according to an optimization target; continuously optimizing the multi-target game optimization module and the multi-stage dynamic planner by using a reinforcement learning method, and dynamically adjusting weight parameters in the multi-target game optimization module and path planning parameters in the multi-stage dynamic planner; according to the method, sudden change of traffic flow can be captured and responded in a short time, the limitation of depending on periodic data updating is avoided, and the problem of global congestion caused by local optimum is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网的智能交通流优化方法,涉及智能交通技术领域,包括以下步骤:多目标博弈优化模块中权重系数的动态调整,多目标博弈优化模块根据不同时间段动态调整时间、拥堵、能耗的权重系数;V2V通信网络实现快速交换车辆状态信息;多阶段动态规划器基于状态转移方程生成路径序列,进行未来状态的预测,并根据优化目标计算出最佳路径;使用强化学习的方法来不断优化多目标博弈优化模块以及多阶段动态规划器,动态调整多目标博弈优化模块中的权重参数以及多阶段动态规划器中的路径规划参数;本发明能在短时间内捕捉并响应交通流的突变,避免了依赖周期性数据更新的局限性,防止了局部最优而引发的全局拥堵问题。
