A system for automatically detecting and adjusting a flight plan is characterized in that a flight working diagram generation module generates a graphical flight working diagram according to flight data of a low-altitude aircraft, and a flight working diagram display module displays the flight working diagram on a display interface in real time; the flight interval time detection module automatically detects the flight interval time between the low-altitude flight plans using the same route, and the route conflict detection module automatically detects the low-altitude flight plans with route conflicts. The flight working diagram adjusting module adjusts the flight data of the low-altitude flight plans of which the flight interval time does not meet the recommended flight interval time and adjusts the flight data of the low-altitude flight plans of which the route conflicts occur, and the flight working diagram generating module updates the flight working diagram according to the adjusted flight data. According to the method, the flight working diagram is visually displayed in a graphic mode, the low-altitude flight plan condition can be conveniently and clearly checked and globally mastered, the flight flow can be conveniently and dynamically evaluated, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
