The invention discloses a submersible propulsion motor structure which comprises a stator, a rotor, water-lubricated supporting bearings installed on the two sides of the stator, and water-lubricated thrust disc covers and thrust discs arranged at the ends of the water-lubricated supporting bearings, the stator comprises a stator shell, a stator armature and a stator sealing sleeve, and the stator armature and the stator sealing sleeve are arranged in the stator shell in the radial direction. The rotor comprises a rotating shaft, a rotor iron core, a permanent magnet, a rotor sealing sleeve and rotor pressing rings on the two sides, the rotating shaft, the rotor iron core, the permanent magnet, the rotor sealing sleeve and the rotor pressing rings are sequentially installed in the radial direction, the water-lubricated supporting bearings are installed on the two sides of the stator to support the rotor, and the thrust disc is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft and used for transmitting axial thrust to axially limit the rotor. The thrust bearing is arranged at the end of the motor, the radial size is utilized to the maximum extent, the stress area of the thrust bearing is increased, the working state of the thrust bearing is improved, the axial bearing capacity is increased, the stator and the rotor are of a totally-closed static sealing structure, the open type water lubrication bearing is combined, and the characteristic that the motor is simple and reliable in structure is achieved; and the requirements of high thrust and full sealing are met.
本发明专利公开了一种潜水推进电机结构,包括定子、转子、安装在定子两侧的水润滑支撑轴承、布置在水润滑支撑轴承端部的水润滑推力盘盖和推力盘,定子包括定子壳体及径向布置在定子壳体内的定子电枢和定子密封套,转子包括径向顺序安装的转轴、转子铁芯、永磁体、转子密封套及两侧的转子压环,水润滑支撑轴承安装在定子两侧对转子形成支撑作用,推力盘固定安装在转轴上用于传递轴向推力对转子形成轴向限位。本发明将推力轴承布置在电机端部,最大化利用径向尺寸,增大了推力轴承的受力面积,改善其工作状态以及增大轴向承载力,定转子采用全封闭静密封结构,结合开放式水润滑轴承,实现了电机结构简单可靠的特点,满足大推力、全密封的需求。
