The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle marking mechanism for calibrating the installation position of a power transmission line spacer and a calibration method, and relates to the technical field of power transmission line spacer construction. A traditional method for calibrating the installation position of the spacer depends on manual work or a climbing robot for calibration, efficiency is low, and high safety risks exist. The device comprises a main body, a counterweight rod, a paint bin, a top end sealing cover, a resistance measurement sensor, a gravity sensor and a communication assembly, the communication assembly is provided with a wireless transmission module, and the top end sealing cover is connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle in a hanging manner. The complete unmanned aerial vehicle marking mechanism is constructed, the paint bin is used for storing paint and spraying paint for marking, the resistance measuring sensor can accurately detect whether the paint bin makes contact with a power transmission line cable or not, the gravity sensor 7 can monitor the weight of the paint bin in real time, and the whole unmanned aerial vehicle marking mechanism is used in cooperation with unmanned aerial vehicle remote control; therefore, marking operation can be accurately and rapidly carried out at the installation position of the power transmission line spacer.

    本发明公开了一种标定输电线间隔棒安装位置的无人机打标机构及标定方法,涉及输电线路间隔棒施工技术领域。间隔棒的安装位置标定的传统方法依赖于人工或攀爬机器人进行标定,效率低下,还存在较高的安全风险。本发明包括主体、配重杆、油漆仓、顶端封盖、电阻测量传感器、重力传感器和通讯组件,通讯组件设有无线传输模块,顶端封盖与无人机挂载连接。本发明构建起一个完整的无人机打标机构,油漆仓用于存储油漆和喷涂油漆打标,电阻测量传感器可准确检测是否与输电线电缆接触,重力传感器7能实时监控油漆仓重量,整体配合无人机遥控使用,使得能够精确快速地在输电线间隔棒安装位置进行打标操作。
