The invention discloses a motor active heating control method and device based on a phase-change material and an automobile. The motor is made to run at the optimal efficiency by adjusting the d-axis and q-axis current proportion of the motor, generated waste heat is transmitted to a water path through a stator winding, latent heat is stored through the phase-change material, and heat is supplied to components such as a battery through a circulating water path. The heat demand is dynamically corrected through the two-dimensional influence coefficient table, locked-rotor heating or closed-loop control algorithm flow regulation is implemented in combination with the running state of the vehicle, and power output and heat demand balance is achieved. The device comprises a heat-insulated spiral waterway phase change container, an integrated sensor network and an intelligent control unit, works cooperatively with a heat pump system, and preferentially adopts waste heat of a motor for heating. Motor loss heat recovery and a phase change energy storage technology are combined, the problem that the battery heating efficiency of a new energy automobile is low in a low-temperature environment is solved, meanwhile, the uniform heat conduction characteristic of a phase change material is ensured through a porous framework structure, and stable constant-temperature control is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于相变材料的电机主动加热控制方法、装置及汽车,通过调整电机的d轴与q轴电流比例使电机偏离最佳效率运行,将产生的余热经定子绕组传递至水路,利用相变材料进行潜热储存,通过循环水路向电池等部件供热;通过二维影响系数表动态修正热量需求,结合车辆运行状态实施堵转加热或闭环控制算法调流,实现动力输出与热需求平衡。装置包含隔热的螺旋水路相变容器、集成传感器网络及智能控制单元,与热泵系统协同工作,优先采用电机余热供暖。本发明将电机损耗热回收与相变储能技术结合,解决了新能源汽车低温环境下电池加热效率低的问题,同时通过多孔骨架结构确保相变材料的均匀导热特性,实现稳定恒温控制。
