The invention provides a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle energy management method and device based on multi-agent reinforcement learning, a storage medium and equipment. The method comprises the steps that a simulation model of the fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle is constructed to simulate a preset driving working condition, and vehicle required power data are obtained; according to the vehicle demand power data, determining a power distribution result of each power source by using an energy management strategy model based on multi-agent reinforcement learning; determining vehicle state information before and after power distribution by using a simulation model according to a power distribution result, and obtaining a reward value of an energy management strategy model; and training an energy management strategy model by using the power distribution result, the vehicle state information and the reward value, wherein the energy management strategy model comprises a fuel cell output power control strategy model and a battery output power control strategy model based on reinforcement learning. According to the method, efficient cooperative power distribution among multiple power sources can be achieved, and the unique advantages and characteristics of the multiple power sources are fully played.

    本申请提供一种基于多智能体强化学习的燃料电池混合动力汽车能量管理方法、装置、存储介质、设备。该方法包括构建燃料电池混合动力汽车的仿真模型模拟预设驾驶工况,获得车辆需求功率数据;根据车辆需求功率数据,利用基于多智能体强化学习的能量管理策略模型确定各动力源的功率分配结果;根据功率分配结果,利用仿真模型确定在功率分配前后的车辆状态信息,并获得能量管理策略模型的奖励值;利用功率分配结果、车辆状态信息、奖励值对能量管理策略模型进行训练,能量管理策略模型包括基于强化学习的燃料电池输出功率控制策略模型和电池输出功率控制策略模型。该方法能够实现多动力源之间的高效协同功率分配,充分发挥多动力源独有的优势特性。
