The backboard structure comprises a shell provided with a containing space, and a fastening installation part is arranged at the bottom of the containing space; the number of the PCBs is at least two, the multiple PCBs are stacked at intervals, a first connector and a second connector are welded to each PCB, the first connectors are located on the sides, close to the shell, of the PCBs, the second connectors are located at the ends, in the length direction, of the PCBs and welded to the other sides of the PCBs, and connector avoiding through holes are formed in the shell and the PCBs correspondingly; and the fastener penetrates through the PCB and then is connected with the fastening mounting part in a fastening manner. As the contact pins are welded on the PCBs in advance, when one PCB is overlaid, only the fastener needs to penetrate through the PCBs and then is connected with the fastening mounting part on the shell in a fastening manner, so that the assembly working hours are shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种背板结构及其装配方法、功率分配组件及其装配方法。该背板结构包括壳体,设有容纳空间,且容纳空间的底部设有紧固安装部;PCB板,PCB板的数量至少为两个,多个PCB板间隔层叠设置,每个PCB板上均焊接第一接插件和第二接插件,第一接插件位于PCB板靠近壳体的一侧,第二接插件位于PCB板沿着长度方向的一端,且被焊接在PCB板的另一侧,壳体和PCB板上分别设置有接插件避让通孔;紧固件,贯穿PCB板后与紧固安装部紧固连接。由于插针预先焊接在PCB板上,每叠加一个PCB板仅需要将紧固件贯穿PCB板后与壳体上的紧固安装部紧固连接即可,缩短了装配工时,提高了生产效率。
