The invention discloses an integrated active seat suspension structure which comprises a suspension top frame, a fixing rod, a spring, an inner fork arm, an outer fork arm, a seat suspension bottom frame, a bearing and a moving rod and further comprises an integrated actuator, and the integrated actuator comprises a joint motor and a rotary magnetorheological damper. The joint motor and the rotary magnetorheological damper are installed in a stacked mode, a stator of the joint motor and a stator of the rotary magnetorheological damper are fixed to form a stator of the actuator, and a rotor of the joint motor and a rotor of the rotary magnetorheological damper are fixed to form a rotor of the actuator. According to the integrated active seat suspension, the joint motor and the rotary magneto-rheological damper are connected in parallel to form an actuator, the integrated active seat suspension has four modes of energy feedback, active thrust, active resistance and fault safety, and the control mode is adjusted according to road conditions and different states of a system.
