The bogie comprises a framework; the wheel set assembly is mounted on the framework and used for being in rolling fit with the track; a spring; the bracket is connected with the framework through a spring; a first vertical interval is formed between the bracket and the framework; the positioning wheel assembly is mounted on the bracket and is in rolling fit with the track beam; the vertical limiting assembly is installed on the framework or the support and located in the first vertical interval. And a second vertical interval is formed between the vertical limiting assembly and the framework or the bracket. When side rolling of the vehicle body is larger than a design value, one side of the framework is lifted, after the framework is lifted, the second vertical interval is gradually reduced until the second vertical interval is reduced to 0, and when the second vertical interval is reduced to 0, the vertical limiting assembly abuts against the framework and the support, so that overturning of the vehicle body is prevented. When the wheels climb upwards along the rails, under the action of the vertical limiting assembly, the climbing height of the rims of the wheels climbing upwards along the rails is smaller than the minimum height of the rims of the wheels, and therefore the situation that the vehicle climbs the rails is avoided.     本申请公开了一种转向架、调节方法及运输车辆,转向架包括:构架;轮对组成,安装于构架,用于与轨道滚动配合;弹簧;支架,与构架通过弹簧连接;支架和构架具有第一垂向间隔;定位轮组成,安装于支架,用于与轨道梁滚动配合;垂向限位组成,安装于构架或支架,且位于第一垂向间隔中;且垂向限位组成与构架或支架之间具有第二垂向间隔。当车体侧滚大于设计值时,使得构架一侧抬升,构架抬升后,第二垂向间隔逐渐减小,直至减小为0,当减小为0时,垂向限位组成与构架和支架均抵接,从而防止了车体的倾覆。在车轮沿着轨道向上爬时,在垂向限位组成的作用下,车轮轮缘沿轨道上爬的爬高量小于车轮轮缘的最小高度,从而避免了车辆发生爬轨。另外,若垂向限位组成失效,车轮轮缘沿着轨道横移进一步增大时,则横向限位组成起作用,从而避免了车辆的掉轨。故通过这两道措施避免了车辆脱轨。
