The invention relates to the technical field of electronic information, and provides a stop timing method, device and equipment, and the stop timing method is applied to first control equipment located at one end of a train. If an arrival terminal change instruction is received, station stop public information is periodically transmitted between an ATP (automatic protection system) and second control equipment located at the opposite end; the station-stopping public information comprises station-stopping period information determined by the control equipment sending the station-stopping public information; the arrival terminal change instruction comprises station dwell time; every time the stop public information is received, if the train stops at the target station, whether the first control equipment is an activation end or not is determined based on the activation state information of the train; if it is determined that the first control device is the activated end, stopping timing is carried out based on the stopping duration; and if the first control equipment is an activated end and the stop timing duration is equal to the stop duration, the departure operation of the train is executed. According to the method, the accuracy of stop timing in the turn-back end changing process can be improved.
