The invention discloses a rail transit intelligent grounding control system and method, and relates to the field of rail transit, the system is characterized in that a control unit is respectively connected with a data acquisition unit and a grounding switch, and the data acquisition unit is also connected with a working condition parameter sensor; the electric signal sensor comprises a current sensor or a voltage sensor; the working condition parameter sensor is used for reading working condition parameters corresponding to a transmission cable shielding layer in the grounding switch; the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the working condition parameters read by the working condition parameter sensor and sending the acquired working condition parameters to the control unit; the control unit is used for sending a corresponding indication instruction to the grounding switch when the relation between the received working condition parameter and the switch action threshold meets the connection change condition, and the indication instruction is used for indicating the grounding switch to change the connection state of the grounding point and the ground; and the grounding switch is used for changing the connection state of the grounding point and the ground according to the received indication instruction. The driving safety can be practically guaranteed.
