The invention discloses an anti-storm hexagonal semi-submersible energy island power generation platform, and relates to the technical field of offshore photovoltaic power generation, wave power generation and energy storage. A plurality of main floating pipes radially extend outwards from the center of the diagonal line of the floating island, and a truss structure is arranged above the main floating pipes; the free ends of every two adjacent main floating pipes are connected through the multiple auxiliary floating pipes. The string inhaul cables are arranged between two adjacent truss structure assemblies in parallel at intervals, and photovoltaic panels are arranged on the string inhaul cables; the energy storage hemisphere floater assembly is arranged below the center of the diagonal line and the free end of the floating island. The inverter assembly is arranged above the energy storage hemisphere floater assembly at the center of the diagonal line of the floating island; the multiple wave-proof plate assemblies are arranged at the outer ends of the floating pipes, are parallel to the auxiliary floating pipes and slide up and down along with buoyancy. According to the photovoltaic-wave energy-energy storage integrated power generation platform, the wave-proof plate reduces the influence of waves on the photovoltaic panel, and the energy storage hemispherical floater provides buoyancy, lifts the gravity center and reduces the wave force. The method can be suitable for offshore photovoltaic projects with any installed capacity of open seas and islands.
