The invention relates to the technical field of docking blocks, and discloses a movable docking block which is mounted in a dock and comprises a track and a docking block body, the track is arranged on the bottom surface in the dock, mounting grooves are formed in the two sides of the lower end of the docking block body, the docking block body is clamped on the track through the mounting grooves, and driving walking mechanisms are arranged in the two mounting grooves. The driving walking mechanism is located at the upper end of the track, a T-shaped groove is formed in the upper end of the docking block body, and the docking block body is provided with a height adjusting assembly through the T-shaped groove. According to the movable docking block, by arranging the driving walking mechanism, when the docking block body needs to be moved, the docking block body can be effectively jacked up to be separated from the ground through working of a hydraulic jacking rod, then motor core walking wheels are started, the docking block body moves to a marking position along a track, positioning is completed, and time and labor are saved; the inclined rods and the limiting guide wheels are arranged, so that the docking block can be effectively matched with walking wheels of a motor core, and inclination of the docking block body is avoided.
