The invention relates to the technical field of power stations, in particular to an underwater charging mobile energy station. The underwater charging mobile energy station comprises a power generation device, an energy storage device, a heaving device and an active charging device, the active charging device is electrically connected with the energy storage device, and the active charging device comprises charging connection equipment used for being electrically connected with seabed equipment or facilities. The heaving device is used for driving the energy station to perform heaving motion so as to enable the power generation device to generate power by utilizing the sea surface environment when the energy station emerges from the sea surface and charge seabed equipment or facilities by utilizing the active charging device when the energy station sinks underwater, and corresponding charging connection equipment can meet the charging requirement without being provided with a very long cable; the approaching charging form of water surface power generation and underwater charging can improve the charging efficiency of seabed equipment or facilities, and is beneficial to reducing the electric energy loss.
