A preset phase difference exists between the tail fin and the waist shell; the connecting rod assembly comprises a waist shell swing rod, a tail fin swing rod set and a transmission connecting rod set, the tail end of the transmission connecting rod set is rotatably connected to the head end of the waist shell swing rod through the first end of a first rotating shaft, the tail end of the waist shell swing rod is rotatably connected to the waist shell, and the second end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the tail fin swing rod set. The tail fin swing rod set is connected to the tail fin and can drive the tail fin to swing relative to the waist shell. The driving assembly is used for driving the transmission connecting rod set to operate.
