The hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the side edge of the fixed frame, and a top shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the edge of the sliding grating; and the sliding grating does reciprocating cutting motion relative to the fixed grating under the push-pull action of the hydraulic cylinder. The technical problems that in the prior art, a manual operation mode is complex in process and high in dangerousness are solved.
