The invention discloses a ship main engine telegraph system which comprises a driving console main engine telegraph, a centralized console main engine telegraph and a standby centralized console main engine telegraph which are connected with one another through a CAN network, and hardware and software structures of the main engine telegraphs are the same. Each engine telegraph handle comprises a core processing module, an interface module, an engine telegraph handle, a gear transmission device, a potentiometer, an engine telegraph lamp panel, a buzzer and the like, system part nodes can be set, when gears are changed, only a lamp panel surface film corresponding to the gears and a stepped positioning part of the engine telegraph handle need to be replaced, and the engine telegraph handle can be replaced. The whole set of engine telegraph handle hardware does not need to be customized again and adaptive software does not need to be written, the replaced engine telegraph handle drives the gear transmission device to make corresponding changes, and the core processing module collects a potentiometer value of the gear where the engine telegraph handle is located, converts the potentiometer value into an engine command current and outputs the engine command current to the remote control system to control gear shifting of mechanical parts. And the main engine telegraph at different operation parts can be interchanged for use, so that the maintenance cost is reduced, and the repair time is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主车钟系统,该系统包括相互之间通过CAN网络连接的驾控台主车钟、集控台主车钟和备用集控台主车钟,各主车钟的硬件和软件结构相同,均包括核心处理模块、接口模块、车钟手柄、齿轮传动装置、电位器、车钟灯板和蜂鸣器等,并均能够进行系统部位节点设置,当变换档位时,只需更换与该档位相对应的灯板面膜和车钟手柄的有级定位部件,而无需重新定制整套车钟手柄硬件并编写适配软件,已更换好的车钟手柄带动齿轮传动装置做出相应变化,核心处理模块对车钟手柄所在档位的电位器值进行采集,并转换成车令电流输出到遥控控制系统,来控制机械部件的档位变换,不同操作部位的主车钟可以互换使用,降低了维护成本,并缩短了修复时间。
