The invention discloses an elevator on-demand maintenance time sequence prediction method and system based on LSTM. The elevator on-demand maintenance time sequence prediction method comprises the steps that all feature data of an elevator are collected and preprocessed; key features of elevator maintenance are selected from the preprocessed data, weighted values are given according to the importance degrees of the features, true values of all the features are obtained, and a data set is constructed; constructing and training a multivariable LSTM model, and capturing a mutual relation and influence between key features; the input of the model is time sequence data of each feature, and the output of the model is prediction of the maintenance state of the next time step; and elevator characteristic data are collected in real time, preprocessed and then input into the trained multivariable LSTM model, a time sequence prediction result is output, and an elevator maintenance plan is made according to the prediction result. According to the method, the elevator maintenance time sequence is accurately predicted by collecting and analyzing multiple elevator characteristics and combining the time sequence prediction capacity of the multivariable LSTM model.

    本发明公开了一种基于LSTM的电梯按需维保时序预测方法和系统,包括:收集电梯的各项特征数据并进行预处理;从预处理后的数据中选择电梯维保的关键特征并根据特征的重要程度赋予权重值,得到各特征的真实值,构建数据集;构建并训练多变量LSTM模型,捕捉关键特征之间的相互关系和影响;该模型的输入为每个特征的时间序列数据,输出为对下一个时间步的维保状态的预测;实时采集电梯特征数据,预处理后输入训练好的多变量LSTM模型中,输出时序预测结果并根据预测结果制定电梯维保计划。本发明通过采集和分析多个电梯特征,结合多变量LSTM模型的时序预测能力,实现对电梯维保时序的准确预测。
