The balance hoisting system comprises a main bearing frame, a plurality of adjustable hoists and four auxiliary hoists; two cross beams and a plurality of vertical beams are arranged on the main bearing frame; the adjustable hoisting device comprises a hoisting rope, a winding and unwinding mechanism, a clamping hook and a transverse supporting structure, the winding and unwinding mechanism is fixedly installed on the vertical beam, the hoisting rope is connected with the winding and unwinding mechanism, the clamping hook is installed on the hoisting rope, and the transverse supporting structure is installed on the prefabricated stair; the auxiliary hoisting device comprises a mounting block body, a swing rod, a push-pull mechanism, an extension rod and a driving mechanism, the mounting block body is mounted on the cross beam, and the swing rod is rotationally connected to the mounting block body; the driving mechanism is connected with the swing rod, the push-pull mechanism is installed on the swing rod, the extension rod is installed below the swing rod, and a supporting plate is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the extension rod.     本发明提供了一种装配式建筑构件平衡吊装系统及吊装方法,属于建筑施工技术领域,包括主承载架、多个可调节吊装器、四个辅助吊装器;主承载架上设有两个横梁和多个竖梁;可调节吊装器包括起吊绳、收放机构、卡钩及横撑结构,收放机构固定安装于竖梁上,起吊绳与收放机构连接,卡钩安装于起吊绳上,横撑结构安装在预制楼梯上;辅助吊装器包括安装块体、摆动杆、推拉机构、延长杆及驱动机构,安装块体安装于横梁上,摆动杆转动连接于安装块体上;驱动机构与摆动杆相连接,推拉机构安装于摆动杆上,延长杆安装于摆动杆下方,延长杆下端固设有托板。本发明提供的装配式建筑构件平衡吊装系统,使预制楼梯移动吊装过程的水平度、安全性较高。
