The lifting device comprises a supporting mechanism and a lifting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises two long stand columns, short stand columns, a cross beam and a sliding rail, the two long stand columns are arranged on the two sides of the front portion of a valve support respectively, and the lower ends of the long stand columns are connected with ground anchoring parts; the upper ends of the two long stand columns are correspondingly connected with the two ends of the cross beam respectively, the lower ends of the short stand columns are connected with the top face of a valve body or a valve support top extending structure, one end of the sliding rail is connected with the middle of the cross beam, and the other end of the sliding rail is connected with the upper ends of the short stand columns. The hoist crane is connected with a valve element to be disassembled through a hoisting tool and a counterweight tool. The lifting device has the advantages that the lifting device is special in structure, the valve body is used as one supporting leg, the whole building is simple and fast, the required mounting space is small, a main crane or an auxiliary crane in a steam turbine plant is not occupied in the window period of power plant maintenance, and the utilization rate of resources is obviously improved.

    本发明涉及一种蒸汽轮机高压阀门组拆卸检修用起吊装置,其包括支撑机构和起吊机构,支撑机构包括长立柱、短立柱、横梁和滑轨,长立柱有两根并分别设于阀门支架前方两侧,长立柱的下端与地面锚定部连接,两长立柱的上端分别对应与横梁的两端连接,短立柱的下端与阀门本体顶面或阀门支架顶部延伸结构连接,滑轨的一端与横梁的中间部位连接,另一端与短立柱的上端连接,起吊机构包括设于滑轨上的起重葫芦,起重葫芦通过起吊工具和配重工具与待拆卸的阀芯连接。优点为,该起吊装置结构特别,利用阀门本体作其中一个支撑脚,整体搭设简单快捷,需要的安装空间小,在电厂检修的窗口期,不占用汽机厂房内的主行车或辅行车,明显提升了资源的利用率。
