After carrying is completed, the top of the bottom fork plate has no weight, the gravity block can slide on the inner wall of the arc-shaped sliding groove due to the weight of the gravity block, the gravity block can slide to the bottom of the arc-shaped sliding groove, the long plate and the short plate can drive the bottom fork plate to be folded upwards through the sliding rod, and the bottom fork plate can be collected to the inner wall of the storage groove; and the sliding rods can be clamped in the grooves to be fixed, so that the device can be folded and stored when not used, the occupied area is reduced, the storage space is saved, meanwhile, the space occupied by the transfer robot can be reduced when not used, the risks of collision and damage are reduced, and the flexibility of the device is improved.

    本发明涉及搬运机器人技术领域,且公开了一种基于仓储物流用搬运机器人,包括机器人主体,所述机器人主体的外壁设有充电防护组件,所述机器人主体的一侧外壁分别固定装配有距离传感器和中央监控屏,且机器人主体的另一侧外壁固定安装有扫描摄像头。搬运完成后,底叉板的顶部无重量,重力块会因自身重量而在弧形滑槽的内壁滑动,使重力块能够滑动至弧形滑槽的底部,可使长板和短板通过滑杆带动底叉板向上进行折叠,使得底叉板会收至收纳槽的内壁,且滑杆会卡接在凹槽处进行固定,可使该装置能够在不使用时进行折叠收纳,减少占地面积,节省存储空间,同时可以在不使用时减少搬运机器人所占用的空间,降低碰撞和伤害的风险,且提高该装置的灵活性。
