The invention discloses a high-damping, high-strength and good-appearance polyamide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The high-damping, high-strength and good-appearance polyamide composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60% of polyamide resin; 5 to 15% of semi-aromatic polyamide resin PA6I; 30 to 70% of glass fiber; 1-15% of an elastomer; 1-3% of a compatilizer; 0-1% of an antioxidant; 0-2% of a processing aid; and 0-1% of color master batch. The polyamide composite material has the advantages that by adding the PA6I, the damping effect of the polyamide composite material is improved, meanwhile, the appearance floating fiber of the high-glass-fiber-content filled polyamide composite material is greatly improved, and by adding the elastomer, the damping strength of the material is further improved. The high-damping, high-strength and good-appearance polyamide composite material prepared by the invention has important application prospects in vibration reduction and suspension systems around automobile engines, and a new material solution is provided for improving the NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) performance of automobiles.
本发明公开了一种高阻尼高强度良外观聚酰胺复合材料及其制备方法,由以下按重量份数计的原料组成:聚酰胺树脂30‑60%;半芳香族聚酰胺树脂PA6I:5‑15%;玻纤:30‑70%;弹性体1‑15%;相容剂:1‑3%;抗氧剂:0‑1%;加工助剂:0‑2%;色母粒:0‑1%。本发明的优势在于通过PA6I的加入提高聚酰胺复合材料的阻尼效果的同时极大的改善了高玻纤含量填充聚酰胺复合材料的外观浮纤,弹性体的加入进一步提高了材料的阻尼强度。本发明制备的高阻尼高强度良外观聚酰胺复合材料在汽车发动机周边的减振和悬置系统中有着重要的应用前景,为提高汽车NVH性能提供了新的材料解决方案。
