The base mechanism is arranged in the fixing frame, the base mechanism comprises a heat release unlocking device and a base rebounding assembly, and the heat release unlocking device is arranged on the base rebounding assembly; the cover plate mechanism comprises an unlocking assembly, a transmission assembly and an unlocking screw rod, the unlocking assembly is connected with the transmission assembly, and the unlocking screw rod is located below the transmission assembly; and the unlocking assembly drives the transmission assembly to rotate and move until the transmission assembly is inserted into the unlocking screw rod and drives the unlocking screw rod to rotate together, so that the cover plate mechanism is separated from the base mechanism, and unlocking is completed. The heat release unlocking device has the advantages that on the basis of a traditional heat release unlocking device, the on-orbit manual unlocking function is added, an astronaut can conduct on-orbit unlocking through the manually-unlocked driving shaft, and the unlocking reliability of the cover plate is improved.

    本发明涉及航天活动机构技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有在轨手动解锁功能的解锁装置,包括:固定框;底座机构,底座机构设置于固定框内,底座机构包括热释放解锁装置和底座回弹组件,热释放解锁装置设置于底座回弹组件上;盖板机构,盖板机构包括解锁组件、传动组件和解锁螺杆,解锁组件与传动组件相连,解锁螺杆位于传动组件的下方;解锁组件驱动传动组件转动和移动,直至传动组件插入解锁螺杆的内部,并带动解锁螺杆一起转动,以实现盖板机构与底座机构分离,完成解锁。本发明的优点在于,本发明在传统热释放解锁装置的基础上,增加了在轨手动解锁功能,宇航员可以通过手动解锁的驱动轴进行在轨解锁,提高了盖板解锁的可靠性。
