And meanwhile, the movable belt conveyor is matched with front-back movement of the movable belt conveyor, the back-and-forth transportation time of marshalling trains in the tunnel is shortened, and deslagging is more environmentally friendly and more efficient.

    本发明公开了一种多编组排渣系统及盾构机,解决了现有技术中大直径土压盾构机排渣效率低、皮带机不灵活、编组耗能大的问题。本发明多编组排渣系统,包括设置在拖车上的皮带机组和N列并排设置的编组列车,N≥2,皮带机组位于编组列车上方,且皮带机组的出渣口与编组列车相对应。本发明多编组排渣系统,采用多列并排设置的编组列车与皮带机配合,实现渣土的高效装载与运输,解决了大直径盾构传统单排编组列车编组渣土承接量不足的问题,提高出渣效率。可移动皮带机能进行前后两端排渣,同时配合可移动皮带机的前后移动,减少隧道内编组列车往返运输时间,出渣更环保、更高效。
