The invention provides an external electromagnetic valve type shock absorber intermediate cylinder forming system which simplifies the structure of an intermediate cylinder and reduces the number of parts of a shock absorber. The present invention comprises: a working cylinder; the piston assembly comprises a piston valve and a piston rod; the middle cylinder is an oil storage cylinder; a solenoid valve; an electromagnetic valve connecting sleeve; the connector assembly is used for installing the electromagnetic valve to the middle cylinder and the oil storage cylinder; the outer circumference of the bottom valve is provided with a first stop boss at the radial inner end for sleeving the working cylinder and a second stop boss at the radial middle end for sleeving the middle cylinder; the outer circumference of the guider is provided with a third stop boss which is arranged at the radial inner end of the working cylinder in a sleeving manner and a fourth stop boss which is arranged at the radial middle end of the middle cylinder in a sleeving manner; the two ends of the working cylinder in the length direction are located on the outer circumference of the first stopping boss and the outer circumference of the third stopping boss in a sealed and fixed sleeving mode respectively, and the two ends of the middle cylinder in the length direction are located on the outer circumference of the second stopping boss and the outer circumference of the fourth stopping boss in a sealed and fixed sleeving mode respectively.
