When a gear adjusting requirement is detected, an engine is controlled to stop oil injection, opening or closing of a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve is controlled to provide negative torque for the engine, and the first electromagnetic valve is closed and the second electromagnetic valve is opened until the torque of the engine is smaller than preset torque; the AMT gearbox is controlled to be subjected to gear disengagement; if the gear adjusting requirement is the upshift requirement, the engine is controlled to stop oil injection, a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve are controlled to be opened or closed, negative torque is provided for the engine, and when the difference value between the rotating speed of the engine and the first preset rotating speed is smaller than the first preset difference value, the first electromagnetic valve is closed, and the second electromagnetic valve is opened; and if the gear adjusting requirement is the downshift requirement, opening or closing of the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve is controlled to provide positive torque for the engine until the difference value between the rotating speed of the engine and the second preset rotating speed is smaller than the second preset difference value, the first electromagnetic valve is closed, and the second electromagnetic valve is opened.
