The invention relates to the technical field of pipe carrying equipment, in particular to a PCCP hoisting and laying device and a laying method thereof.The PCCP hoisting and laying device comprises a pair of guide rails arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of a foundation pit in parallel, and any guide rail is arranged in the guiding direction of the foundation pit; the pair of gantry cranes are arranged on the pair of guide rails, and the pair of trolleys of any gantry crane is connected with the pair of guide rails and used for hoisting and carrying pipes to be laid; the winch is fixedly arranged in a foundation pit, and the execution end of the winch is connected with the pipe. The control terminal is electrically connected with the pair of gantry cranes and the winch and used for controlling the pair of gantry cranes and the winch to operate. The pair of auxiliary butt joint modules is arranged in the foundation pit, and the pipe is located between the pair of auxiliary butt joint modules and used for assisting butt joint of the pipe to be laid and the laid pipe. The problem that in the prior art, the safety risk of pipe hoisting butt joint operation is large is solved.

    本发明涉及管材搬运设备技术领域,特别涉及一种PCCP管材吊装铺设装置及其铺设方法,PCCP管材吊装铺设装置包含:一对导轨并行设置在基坑的内腔底部,任一个导轨沿基坑的导向设置;一对龙门吊设置在一对导轨上,任一个龙门吊的一对台车分别与一对导轨相连,用于吊装搬运待铺设的管材;卷扬机固定设置在基坑中,卷扬机的执行端与管材相连;控制终端与一对龙门吊以及卷扬机电性连接,用于控制一对龙门吊与卷扬机运行;一对辅助对接模块设置于基坑内,管材位于一对辅助对接模块之间,用于辅助待铺设的管材与铺设完成的管材进行对接。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的管材吊装对接作业安全风险较大的问题。
