A lifting deceleration lower stage simulation counterweight device for a rocket stage separation ground simulation test belongs to the technical field of carrier rockets, is used for a stage separation test, and comprises a gantry bracket, a lifting rope, a roller, a damping pulley, a ground rail, a front end socket simulation piece and a shell, the front end socket simulation piece and the shell form a lower stage assembly of the rocket; the lower-rocket stage assembly is connected with the gantry bracket through a lifting rope, so that the central axis of the lower-rocket stage assembly is aligned with the central axis of the test wind tunnel and the central axis of the tested stage section; the lower portion of the gantry support is connected with the idler wheels and the damping pulleys through bolts, the idler wheels are meshed with the ground rail so as to restrain the moving direction of the gantry support, and the damping pulleys generate resistance when moving on the ground rail so as to decelerate the gantry support. The levelness of the ground rail is finely adjusted by adding a gasket. According to the invention, reliable reuse of the lower stage counterweight simulation device when a rocket interstage separation test is carried out on the ground is realized, the repeated test preparation period is shortened, and the test cost is saved.

    一种火箭级间分离地面模拟试验用吊装减速下面级模拟配重装置,属于运载火箭技术领域,用于级间分离试验,包括龙门支架、吊绳、滚轮、阻尼滑轮、地轨、前封头模拟件、壳体;前封头模拟件与壳体组成火箭下面级组合体;火箭下面级组合体通过吊绳与龙门支架相连,使其中心轴线与试验风洞中心轴线和被试级间段中心轴线对齐;龙门支架下部与滚轮和阻尼滑轮通过螺栓连接,滚轮与地轨相咬合,以约束龙门支架移动方向,阻尼滑轮在地轨上运动时产生阻力用于使龙门支架减速;地轨通过添加垫片的方式微调水平度。本发明实现了地面开展火箭级间分离试验时的下面级配重模拟装置的可靠重复使用,压缩了重复试验准备周期,节约了试验成本。
