The integrated battery management controller comprises a communication circuit, a total acquisition circuit, an isolation circuit and a driving circuit, the main acquisition circuit is in communication connection with the communication circuit through the isolation circuit, and the driving circuit is in communication connection with the communication circuit; the communication circuit is used for receiving an instruction of a superior controller, transmitting the instruction to the driving circuit, and/or transmitting the instruction to the total acquisition circuit through the isolation circuit; the driving circuit and the total acquisition circuit are both used for receiving and executing the instruction. The system is high in integration level, low in failure rate, high in reliability and capable of providing isolation voltage protection for communication of the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side.
