The invention relates to the technical field of meteorological detection, in particular to a traffic meteorological information system based on artificial intelligence, and the system comprises a node structure modeling module which is based on key road sections, intersections and monitoring points in a traffic area, classifies and integrates relation parameters between adjacent nodes by setting spatial positions and meteorological parameters of the nodes, and obtains a node structure modeling module; and generating a traffic node structure model. According to the invention, the meteorological association graph is deeply analyzed through the graph convolutional network, the meteorological parameter deviation value of the high-risk node is extracted layer by layer, and the risk level is generated by combining deviation comparison, so that the deviation of the meteorological parameters is screened and evaluated layer by layer, and the risk detection is ensured to be accurate and hierarchical. The method further refines the judgment of high-risk nodes through a density clustering algorithm, achieves the dynamic progressive risk level judgment through Gaussian distribution, forms the precise analysis of a deviation value, marks the risk levels of the nodes, and improves the fineness and adaptability of risk assessment.
