The invention discloses a highway emergency analysis method and device. A server side method comprises the following steps: determining a key monitoring area; based on the key monitoring area, establishing an adjacent relationship between each video point location and an adjacent portal frame corresponding to each video point location; obtaining an expressway roadside video of each video point location in a historical time period, obtaining expressway portal frame data of an adjacent portal frame corresponding to each video point location through an adjacent relation, and determining a high-value time period according to the expressway roadside video and the expressway portal frame data; floating car data on the highway section in the key monitoring area are obtained, abnormal clues are generated according to the traffic flow data or the floating car data in the high-value time period, the abnormal clues comprise traffic abnormal clues or speed abnormal clues, and the clues are sent to a client side to judge emergencies. Therefore, by adopting the embodiment of the invention, the recognition capability of emergencies can be improved, and differentiated and targeted monitoring of high-risk areas can be realized.

    本申请公开了一种公路的突发事件分析方法及装置,服务端方法包括:确定重点监测区;基于重点监测区,建立每个视频点位与每个视频点位对应的相邻门架之间的相邻关系;获取每个视频点位在历史时间段内的高速公路路侧视频,通过相邻关系,获取每个视频点位对应的相邻门架的高速公路门架数据,根据高速公路路侧视频与高速公路门架数据,确定高价值时段;获取重点监测区内高速公路路段上的浮动车数据,根据高价值时段的车流量数据或者浮动车数据,生成异常线索,异常线索包括流量异常线索或者速度异常线索,发送该线索至客户端,以判定突发事件。因此,采用本申请实施例,可提升突发事件的识别能力,实现对高风险区域的差异化和针对性监控。
