The invention provides an urban three-dimensional traffic intelligent management system and method for a hovercar, and relates to the technical field of traffic intelligent management, and the system comprises the steps: forming a digital channel through a digital channel forming management module, carrying out the self-inspection management and control of a takeoff process of the hovercar through a takeoff management and control module, and giving a takeoff instruction after the self-inspection is passed; selecting a digital channel which is specified by the take-off instruction and is suitable for flight, enabling the hovercar to take off safely from a take-off point, and performing real-time monitoring and control on the cruise process after the hovercar takes off through a cruise control module; a landing management and control module is used for managing and controlling the landing process after the hovercar flies to the destination, giving a landing instruction of a landing planning route, and enabling the hovercar to complete safe landing according to the landing instruction; the sensing module is used for monitoring the takeoff condition, the cruising condition, the landing condition and the digital channel of the hovercar in real time. The flight safety management and control requirements are met, and the flight safety and the management and control efficiency are improved.
本发明提出一种飞行汽车城市立体交通智慧管理系统及方法,涉及交通智慧管理的技术领域,首先通过数字航道形成管理模块形成数字航道,利用起飞管控模块对飞行汽车的起飞过程进行自检管控,自检通过后给出起飞指令,选择起飞指令规定的适合飞行的数字航道,令飞行汽车从起飞点安全起飞,并通过巡航管控模块对飞行汽车起飞后的巡航过程进行实时监测管控;利用降落管控模块对飞行汽车飞行到达目的地后的降落过程进行管控,给出降落规划路线的降落指令,令飞行汽车按照降落指令完成安全降落;利用感知模块对飞行汽车的起飞情况、巡航情况、降落情况及数字航道进行实时监测。本发明满足了飞行安全管控要求,提升了飞行安全性和管控效率。
