The invention discloses a frequency converter of a drilling rig winch and a control method of the frequency converter. The drilling rig winch further comprises a motor and a band-type brake device. The control method comprises the steps that when the unloading state of the frequency converter takes effect, a frequency set value is determined based on the output torque and a frequency target value of the frequency converter; superposing the frequency set value and the zero-speed position control output value to obtain a speed loop input reference value; and obtaining a speed ring output value based on the speed ring input reference value and the speed ring input feedback value so as to drive the motor. According to the frequency converter of the drilling winch and the control method thereof, the output torque of the frequency converter participates in frequency set value calculation when the unloading state of the frequency converter takes effect, so that the amplitude of the output torque is reduced during the zero-speed operation band-type brake period of the frequency converter, the overload fault of the frequency converter is avoided, and the abrasion of a band-type brake device is reduced.

    本申请公开一种钻机绞车的变频器及其控制方法,所述钻机绞车还包括电机和抱闸装置;所述控制方法包括:在变频器的卸力状态生效时,基于变频器输出转矩和频率目标值,确定频率设定值;所述频率设定值与零速位置控制输出值叠加,得到速度环输入参考值;基于所述速度环输入参考值和速度环输入反馈值,得到速度环输出值,以驱动所述电机。本申请提供的钻机绞车的变频器及其控制方法,在变频器的卸力状态生效时将变频器输出转矩参与频率设定值计算,进而实现变频器零速运行抱闸期间,输出转矩幅值降低,避免变频器过载故障并减少抱闸装置磨损。
