The invention discloses an unmanned mine truck rear suspension structure which comprises a frame (1), a middle axle cross beam assembly (2) and a rear axle cross beam assembly (3), and the middle axle cross beam assembly (2) is connected with a left side longitudinal beam and a right side longitudinal beam of the frame (1) through two middle axle shock absorbers (4). The rear axle cross beam assembly (3) is connected with a left side longitudinal beam and a right side longitudinal beam of the frame (1) through two rear axle shock absorbers (5), the middle axle cross beam assembly (2) is connected with a lower cross beam (7) at the bottom of the frame (1) through a middle axle connecting arm (6), and the rear axle cross beam assembly (3) is connected with a stable base cross beam (9) at the bottom of the frame (1) through a rear axle connecting arm (8). The device has the advantages of being higher in bearing capacity and convenient to replace and maintain.
