The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage cylinder vibration isolation protection device for a new energy vehicle. The device comprises a broadband vibration isolation structure and a space vibration isolation structure. The broadband vibration isolation structure is composed of a metal rubber-silicone rubber annular vibration isolator and a variable damping-spring negative stiffness vibration isolator. The space vibration isolation structure is composed of a metal rubber-silicone rubber annular vibration isolator, a variable damping-spring negative stiffness vibration isolator and a composite damping plate limiting protection structure. The broadband vibration isolation structure is provided with multiple sets of metal rubber-silicon rubber vibration isolation elements which are used for being annularly and symmetrically installed on the circumference of a gas cylinder through two clamps, and vibration isolation protection of 20-100 Hz frequency band road surface excitation is achieved. The damping-spring negative stiffness vibration isolator generates negative stiffness when low-frequency vibration of 0.1 Hz to 20 Hz occurs and implements a low-frequency vibration isolation protection function, and the annular vibration isolator and the variable damping-spring negative stiffness cooperate to achieve a broadband vibration isolation effect of the bandwidth of 0.1 Hz to 100 Hz. By applying the device, space vibration isolation and broadband vibration isolation can be achieved at the same time, and the device is generally suitable for all road excitation and actual working conditions of vehicle-mounted tools.

    本公开涉及一种用于新能源汽车的车载储氢气瓶隔振防护装置。所述装置包括宽频带隔振结构和空间隔振结构;宽频带隔结构由金属橡胶‑硅橡胶环形隔振器和变阻尼‑弹簧负刚度隔振器组成,空间隔振结构由金属橡胶‑硅橡胶环形隔振器、变阻尼‑弹簧负刚度隔振器和复合阻尼板限位防护结构组成;宽频带隔振结构设置多组金属橡胶‑硅橡胶隔振元件用于实现通过两道卡箍环向对称安装在气瓶圆周上,实现20Hz‑100Hz频带路面激励的隔振防护;阻尼‑弹簧负刚度隔振器在0.1Hz‑20Hz的低频振动发生时产生负刚度并实施低频隔振防护功能,环形隔振器与变阻尼‑弹簧负刚度协同实现0.1‑100Hz带宽的宽频振动隔离作用。应用本装置,能够同时实现空间隔振和宽频隔振,普适于所有路面激励和车载工具实际工况。
