The driving motor controls the worm to drive the turbines on the two sides to rotate together, the middle driving shaft is driven to rotate together during rotation, so that the photovoltaic modules on the two sides swing up and down along the interior of the fixing base, adjustment is facilitated according to the illumination direction, the conversion rate of light energy is improved, and when the photovoltaic modules on the two sides are controlled to swing to the lower portion, the light energy conversion rate is increased.
