The invention provides a train safe operation control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: generating obstacle information under the condition that an intelligent train eagle eye (ITE) system of a train recognizes that an obstacle exists on a target line, and transmitting the obstacle information to a vehicle-mounted controller VOBC; the train is braked based on the VOBC according to the alarm information, and the obstacle position information is forwarded to an automatic train monitoring system ATS through an automatic train protection system ATP; the distance between the train and the obstacle is calculated based on the ATS according to the obstacle position information, and obstacle alarm position information and an alarm identifier are generated on a display interface of the target workstation according to the distance; the target workstation comprises at least one of an ATS scheduling workstation and a maintenance workstation. According to the method, real-time monitoring of the obstacles is achieved, the intelligent level of the automatic driving vehicle can be improved, and the operation efficiency and safety of the train are improved.

    本发明提供一种列车安全运行控制方法及装置,该方法包括:在列车的智能列车鹰眼ITE系统识别到目标线路上存在障碍物的情况下,生成障碍物信息,并将障碍物信息发送至车载控制器VOBC;基于VOBC根据报警信息对列车进行制动,并将障碍物位置信息通过列车自动保护系统ATP转发至列车自动监控系统ATS;基于ATS根据障碍物位置信息计算列车与障碍物之间的距离,并根据距离在目标工作站的显示界面生成障碍物报警位置信息和报警标识;目标工作站包括ATS调度工作站和维护工作站中的至少一项。本发明所述方法实现了障碍物的实时监测还能够提升自动驾驶车辆的智能化水平,提高了列车运营效率和安全性。
