The self-adaptive sweating cooling thermal protection structure is provided with a multi-stage flow channel bionic structure for simulating tree transpiration, self-adaptive cooling medium transportation can be achieved, no pump or control unit is needed, and automatic transportation and automatic flow adjustment of the cooling medium can be achieved. The structure comprises a multi-stage flow channel structure, and the pore size distribution of the flow channel is a conventional dendritic multi-stage fractal flow channel; a three-dimensional variable density lattice runner; the invention discloses a micro-scale sweating flow channel. Comprising a conventional channel layer, a lattice structure layer and a surface micro-channel layer, the novel preparation method mainly comprises the technological processes of selective laser melting material adding, femtosecond laser processing and the like, effective control over the distribution and the size of the multi-stage flow channel is guaranteed, and the good high-temperature mechanical property and the good anti-fatigue property are achieved. The structure not only can be used for high-temperature thermal protection of the front edge or the flange of a high-speed aircraft, but also can be used for ultrahigh-temperature thermal protection of a fusion reactor divertor.
本发明涉及一种自适应发汗冷却热防护结构及制造方法,该结构具有模拟树木蒸腾作用的多级流道仿生结构,可实现自适应冷却介质输运,无需任何的泵和控制单元,可实现冷却介质自动输运及流量自动调节。该结构内含多级流道结构,其流道孔径分布:常规树枝状多级分形流道;三维变密度点阵流道;微尺度发汗流道。包括常规流道层、点阵结构层、表面微流道层;该制备新方法主要包括激光选区熔化增材和飞秒激光加工等工艺流程,不仅保证了多级流道分布和尺寸的有效控制,而且具有良好的高温力学性能和抗疲劳性能。该结构不仅可用于高速飞行器前缘或翼缘高温热防护,也可以用于聚变反应堆偏滤器超高温热防护。
