The invention relates to a direct radiation and convection coupling aerodynamic heat ground simulation test device which comprises a convection heat source, a four-way mixing chamber, a radiation heat source, an ellipsoid reflector, a water cooling spray pipe, a test model and a model feeding base. The two convection heat sources are in butt joint with the two ends of a transverse through cavity of an airflow cavity of the four-way mixing chamber through bolts, the tail of the radiation heat source is connected to a radiation source mounting hole of the four-way mixing chamber through threads, and the back face of the ellipsoid reflector is coated with high-heat-conduction silicone grease and then attached to the interior of a radiation cavity of the four-way mixing chamber. A radiation cavity of the four-way mixing chamber and an airflow cavity are pressed and fixed, a water-cooling spray pipe is connected to the small end of a longitudinal through cavity of the airflow cavity of the four-way mixing chamber through a bolt, a test model is installed on a model feeding base, and a model stagnation point is spaced from an outlet of the water-cooling spray pipe by a certain distance and located at the far focus of the ellipsoid reflector. The device is mainly used for the radiation convection coupling aerodynamic heat ground simulation test.
本发明涉及一种直射式辐射对流耦合气动热地面模拟试验装置,包括对流热源、四通混合室、辐射热源、椭球反射镜、水冷喷管、试验模型和模型送进底座。其中,对流热源共两台,通过螺栓相对接在四通混合室的气流腔横向通腔两端,辐射热源共一台,尾部通过螺纹连接在四通混合室的辐射源安装孔上,椭球反射镜背面涂抹高导热硅脂后贴覆于四通混合室的辐射腔内,并通过四通混合室的辐射腔与气流腔间压紧固定,水冷喷管通过螺栓接在四通混合室气流腔纵向通腔小端,试验模型安装在模型送进底座上,模型驻点与水冷喷管出口相隔一定距离,且位于椭球反射镜的远焦点处。本发明主要用于辐射对流耦合气动热地面模拟试验。
