The invention relates to a turnover device applied to a large-diameter thin-wall metal cylinder section. The turnover device comprises a turnover frame, a rotation adjusting mechanism, a holding mechanism, a lifting appliance mechanism and a traction rope. The overturning frame is of an annular closed, centrosymmetric and/or axisymmetric structure, and a large-diameter thin-wall metal barrel section is arranged in the overturning frame; the rotation adjusting mechanisms are sequentially arranged in the symmetry axis direction of the overturning frame and connected with the overturning frame. The multiple holding mechanisms are sequentially installed on the overturning frame in the circumferential direction of the overturning frame at the same angle. The bottom end of the lifting appliance mechanism is rotationally mounted on the rotary adjusting mechanism; one end of the traction rope is installed on the overturning frame, and the joint of the traction rope and the overturning frame does not coincide with the installation position of the rotation adjusting mechanism on the overturning frame. The use number of cranes (cranes) can be reduced, the occupied space is reduced, the cost and the operation difficulty are reduced, and the stability and safety of the overturning process are guaranteed.
本发明涉及应用于大直径薄壁金属筒段的翻转装置,包括翻转框架、转动调节机构、抱紧机构、吊具机构和牵引绳。翻转框架为环形封闭、中心对称和/或轴对称的结构,翻转框架内设置有大直径薄壁金属筒段;转动调节机构沿翻转框架对称轴方向依次设置并与翻转框架连接;抱紧机构的数量为若干个且依次沿翻转框架的周向以相同角度安装在翻转框架上;吊具机构的底端转动安装在转动调节机构上;牵引绳的一端安装在翻转框架上,牵引绳与翻转框架的连接处与转动调节机构在翻转框架上的安装位置不重合。本发明能减少起重机(吊车)的使用数量,减少占用空间、降低成本和操作难度,保证了翻转过程平稳安全。
