For external leakage sealing, a pressure release valve shell material having enough hardness difference with a compressor shell is selected, the end face of the pressure release valve shell material is provided with protruding ring teeth, and the ring teeth are extruded and embedded into an end cover of the compressor for sealing through screwing installation. In the aspect of internal leakage sealing, the sealing seat made of a non-metal material is adopted to extrude the inner cone of the shell with small force, and meanwhile, the sealing ball extrudes the inner conical surface of the sealing seat. The sealing seat pressing block is screwed through threads, the spring compression amount is adjusted, and the sealing stability is further enhanced. Compared with the prior art, the problem of leakage caused by creep deformation of a sealing pressing block material at the high temperature is effectively solved, the sealing performance is improved, it is ensured that stable work is conducted in the high-pressure, high-temperature and vibration environment, and the overall performance and safety of a heat pump air conditioning system are remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种耐高温高压的热泵空调泄压阀,针对现有泄压阀无法适应高温高压环境的问题,通过独特结构设计实现产品功能。在外部泄漏密封上,选用与压缩机壳体有足够硬度差的泄压阀壳体材料,其端面设凸出环齿,通过拧紧安装使环齿挤压嵌入压缩机端盖密封。内部泄漏密封方面,采用非金属材料密封座,以较小力与壳体内锥挤压,同时密封球挤压密封座内锥面。通过螺纹拧紧密封座压块及调整弹簧压缩量,进一步增强密封稳定性。与现有技术相比,本发明有效解决高温下密封压块材料蠕变导致的泄漏问题,提升了密封性能,确保在高压、高温及振动环境下稳定工作,显著提高了热泵空调系统的整体性能和安全性。
