The invention discloses a traffic signal lamp adaptive control method based on a multi-view depth camera, and relates to the field of traffic control, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining real-time video streams of an intersection through a plurality of depth cameras, and the real-time video streams comprise a real-time color video stream and a real-time depth video stream; performing target tracking on the real-time depth video stream acquired by each depth camera by using a 3D-YOLO-based target detection model to obtain an average vehicle speed; performing three-dimensional reconstruction on the real-time color video streams and the real-time depth video streams collected by the plurality of depth cameras, and inputting the real-time color video streams and the real-time depth video streams to a target detection model for target detection to obtain vehicle queuing lengths and vehicle categories; and switching to a corresponding operation mode according to the average vehicle speed, the vehicle queuing length and the vehicle category, and executing a signal lamp timing scheme in the mode. According to the method, the operation mode of the current intersection is adaptively switched by acquiring more accurate lane information, and the accuracy and timeliness of a signal lamp adaptive control strategy are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于多视角深度相机的交通信号灯自适应控制方法,涉及交通控制领域,该方法包括:通过多台深度相机分别获取路口的实时视频流,包括实时彩色视频流和实时深度视频流;利用基于3D‑YOLO的目标检测模型对每台深度相机采集到的实时深度视频流进行目标跟踪,获得平均车速;将多台深度相机采集到的实时彩色视频流和实时深度视频流进行三维重建,再输入给目标检测模型进行目标检测,获得车辆排队长度及车辆类别;根据平均车速、车辆排队长度及车辆类别切换到相应运行模式,并执行该模式下的信号灯配时方案。本方法通过获取更准确的车道信息自适应切换当前路口的运行模式,提高信号灯自适应控制策略的准确性与及时性。
