By designing the driving mechanism, when a small obstacle exists in a track, a first motor is started, an output shaft rotates to drive a rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc rotates to drive a plurality of arc-shaped strips to rotate, and therefore a plurality of sliding blocks are driven to slide towards the outer ends in corresponding sliding grooves; shutdown operation is not needed when the robot runs, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道机器人的越障机构及轨道机器人,属于机器人设备技术领域,该轨道机器人,包括车底,所述车底的顶部两侧均固定连接有两个轴座,其中两个所述轴座上均转动连接有驱动轴,另外两个所述轴座之间转动连接有从动轴;两个所述驱动轴的外端和从动轴的前后端均固定安装有车轮组件,所述车底的顶部一侧安装有驱动机构。本发明通过设计驱动机构,当轨道内有小型障碍物时,启动第一电机,通过输出轴转动带动转盘转动,转盘转动带动多个弧形条转动,从而带动多个滑块在对应的滑槽内向外端滑动,当车轮主体被转动时,多个滑块滚动直接越过障碍物,无需在机器人运行时停机操作,大大提高工作效率。
